Requirements

Supported AirPods

Slouch Cue requires AirPods models that support headphone motion data.

  • AirPods Pro
  • AirPods Max
  • AirPods 3rd generation or later
  • AirPods 4 or later
Setup

Getting started

  • Open Slouch Cue and grant the requested motion and notification permissions.
  • Put supported AirPods in your ears and keep them connected to your iPhone.
  • If your AirPods appear as an available speaker but motion has not started, tap Play Soft Test Sound to wake the audio route.
  • Sit or stand tall, look forward, and save your baseline.
  • Keep the app open during tracking sessions for the most reliable posture scoring and cues.
Troubleshooting

Motion is not streaming

  • Make sure both AirPods are in your ears.
  • Confirm Bluetooth is on and the AirPods are connected to this iPhone.
  • Use the Play Soft Test Sound button in Slouch Cue.
  • Close the AirPods case, wait a few seconds, then put the AirPods back in.
  • Restart Slouch Cue if iOS is still not routing motion data.

Subscriptions and restore

Weekly and monthly plans include a 3-day free trial. Lifetime Access is a one-time purchase. Purchases are handled by Apple through the App Store.

Use Restore Purchases in Slouch Cue if you reinstall the app or move to a new device using the same Apple Account.
